Dispute & Refund Terms
Disputing with my bank or credit card
By purchasing through Pearl you (the customer) agree to go through a legal arbitration process, and not to your bank when disputing a transaction. You agreed to do this by checking a box upon checkout agreeing to our terms of service.
If you do go to your bank and dispute any charge, you agree to be liable for damages and business losses due to charge backs or disputes made by you and you also agree to appear in small claims court and be liable for our attorney's fees.
You must lawfully (within the terms you agreed upon purchase) obtain a refund directly from us by contacting our customer support, going through the credit card company or bank makes you directly liable for a business loss lawsuit
Any disputes will be met with a legal notice from us a week before we file in court.
Can I get a refund?
We are only able to give refunds in some cases because we are unable to accept returns and resell products that have been shipped to you due to strict FDA regulation on oral hygiene products.
- If you asked to cancel before the end of your trial, you will be offered a 50% refund of the product cost. This is in line with our $20 early leavers cancellation fee that you would have had to pay to cancel before.
- If you asked to cancel before a re-occurring charge once your trial is finished, we will be happy to issue a refund if you provide proof of asking.
- If you ask for a refund after you are charged, we will not offer you a refund. You are emailed 4 times about how the trial works and the upcoming charges. Plus you checked a box stating you understood the terms of the trial upon signing up. You, and you alone are liable for not reading terms of the trial.
If you would like to cancel please reach out to one of our Live Support Specialists, and they will be happy to assist you.
