My package hasn’t arrived?

We're sorry to hear your package hasn’t arrived yet. It always makes us sad when we put so much effort into being as quick and efficient as possible with dispatching to then be let down by couriers.

While nearly all of our kits usually arrive on time it's not uncommon for a few to randomly take a little longer, if your package doesn't arrive on time please don't panic, USPS will be doing their best to get it to you as soon as possible.

USPS won’t consider any items as lost until 28 working days have passed, but we usually open an investigation within 14 days of non delivery. If your package hasn’t shown up 14 working days after you've received your dispatch confirmation email then please let us know by emailing us at
