Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, this is because we can’t legally accept returns due to hygiene concerns. The only exception is if the product you received is defective.

If you do have a defective product we will always offer a free reshipment (with proof) before we offer a refund.

To obtain a refund, you will have to provide us with proof of the faulty product via video or pictures when asked. We may also ask you to ship it to us at your own cost for additional evidence.

Refunds will take 3-7 working days to process. The cost of shipping will not be refunded, just the product cost.
